  • Store credit, depending on the situation

Replacements will be processed once the issue is verified by our support team.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only in specific cases, such as:

  • The product is unavailable after payment

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • The order is canceled before processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
